Worcester are dedicated to heating comfort

In the house, on the roof, from the ground or from the air Worcester are dedicated to heating comfort.

LPG boilersLPG boilers

Worcester’s gas boilers are available as LPG versions or can be modified by installing an LPG conversion kit. Available in combi, regular and system types, our Greenstar LPG condensing boilers operate to at least 90% efficiency alongside our ranges being designed to meet the requirements of virtually any household. All regular and system boilers are compatible with Worcester Greenskies solar panels.  'A' rated for performance, they come with all the benefits you would come to expect from Worcester, Bosch Group; built-in value, quality, comprehensive pre- and post-sales support, award-winning training and nationwide service back up.

Solar water heating

Solar water heatingWorcester Greenskies solar panels harness the power in both direct and diffused sunlight, converting the energy into heat, to produce hot water for the home.

The solar panels have been designed to complement existing heating systems which use a store of hot water in a cylinder and they are a perfect partner to Worcester’s Greenstar regular and system boilers.  Available in both portrait and landscape formats, Greenskies solar panels can be installed on flat or sloping roofs, fitted flue or even wall mounted.

A typical well-sized solar panel system should provide around 50-70% of the domestic hot water requirements of a home.

Ground source heat pumps

Ground Source Heat Pumps

A ground source heat pump is an electrically powered system that uses the natural energy stored in the earth to heat your home. The principle is simple, and the result is low-cost comfortable heating that uses sustainable energy and causes no direct emissions or other damage to the environment. Worcester’s Greenstore ground source heat pumps are suitable for a variety of different properties and are designed to be the sole source of heating and hot water in the home.

Air source heat pumps

Air source heat pumpsWorcester’s range of air source heat pumps offers a choice of two systems: air to air or air to water, both offering significant savings compared with a conventional heating system. The air source heat pumps convert the free and sustainable latent energy in the air into heat, delivering green, low-cost, energy-saving heating and hot water all year round.
